Good morning, My nanna bought this through a magazine and they only sent Russian instructions. Is it possible for you to kindly send an English set of instructions to my email? As she called the place who sold it to her and they said it was her problem. If you could help that would be greatly appreciated!

Dear Jake, thank you for contacting us. The BN-5014 Rainbow Owl kit is embroidered at the fabric base with a printed outline. The fabric base is also the chart. Tip and Advice are included in Key below the colour figure at the fabric base. Stitches which are neccessary for embroidering you can see at the grey line under symbols Z and №. This line has stitchs Symbols. We recommend you embroidering the BN-5014 Rainbow Owl kit with Monastery stitch and Beaded arch stitch. № is number of the seed beads which are neccessary for embroidering the symbols. We sent you the Seed Bead Embroidery Instructions on your e-mail. I am having the same problem that Jake has. I have read your response to him which clarifies it some for me. Does this also mean that we do not use all the other stitch methods on the instructions on the Rainbow Owl piece?
